Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by NA Tire & Lube Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. By using the site you agree to them.

Appointments

Booking through the website sends us a request. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you to confirm it. We may suggest a different time if the one you picked is full.

Quotes and pricing

Information on this site, including tire quotes sent in response to a request, is an estimate based on what you told us. A final quote is written after we inspect the vehicle, and no work starts until you approve it. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless stated.

Offers

Offers on the offers page may change or end without notice, can't be exchanged for cash, and are not combined with other offers unless stated. Each offer's own terms apply.

Guides and information

Our car care guides are general information. Your vehicle's owner's manual and an inspection by a qualified technician take priority over anything you read here.

Content and links

Text, logos and design on this site belong to NA Tire & Lube Inc. or are used under licence. Photos and videos are used under their licences — see photo credits. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. This does not affect your rights for work we perform on your vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
