Who we are
Tires and lube is where the name comes from
NA Tire & Lube is an independent tire and auto service shop in Humber Summit, North York. The name covers the two jobs we do most — tires and oil changes — but the bays handle a lot more than that: brakes, alignments, suspension, A/C, batteries, cooling systems and check-engine diagnostics on every make and model.
We're not a franchise and we don't answer to a head office, so the people quoting your job are the people doing it. That keeps the advice practical. If a cheaper part will do the job on a car you plan to keep two more years, we'll tell you.
We keep long hours because most of our customers work during the day. Drop the car off after work, or come in on a Sunday — we're open 11 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

How we run the shop
Four things you can count on
Written quote, then your yes
Every job starts as a quote with parts and labour on separate lines. We don't start until you approve it, and if we find something else, we call before we touch it.
One record, start to finish
The quote becomes the repair order, and the repair order becomes the invoice. What you approved is what you pay for.
We remember what you put off
If you'd rather wait on something we recommended, we note it on your file and remind you when it's due — not before.
Your car's history, kept
Past work, mileage and recommendations are kept per vehicle, so the next technician knows what was done and when.
How we work
You see the quote before we start
Same process for a flat tire or a brake job. No surprise charges at pickup — if we find something else while the car is up, we call you first.

Book or drop in
Book online, call, or come by. Tell us what you're hearing, feeling or seeing — the more detail the better.

We inspect and quote
A technician looks at the car and we write up what it needs, with parts and labour itemized. Nothing is started yet.
- 03
You decide
We call or text you the quote. Approve all of it, some of it, or none. Anything you put off, we note for next time.
- 04
Drive away
We do the work you approved, road-test where it matters, and walk you through the invoice when you pick up.
