Booking & visits
We're open 11 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Holiday hours can differ, so call ahead on statutory holidays.
2450 Finch Ave W, Unit 1B, in Humber Summit, North York. Call (647) 568-7110 or email natirelube@gmail.com if you have a question before you come in.
No, walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead gets you a set time, which helps most during the fall and spring tire rush.
Choose the service and the time that suits you, then send the request. We call you back to confirm the time.
Our licensed technicians work on all makes and models, from compact cars to SUVs, pickups and vans.
Your keys, and the wheel lock key if your car has locking wheel nuts. If you're coming in about a noise or a warning light, a note of when it happens helps.
Routine jobs like oil changes and tire changeovers are short. For diagnostics and repairs, we give you a time estimate with the quote and call you if anything changes.
Tires & changeovers
Once daily temperatures stay below about 7 °C, which in Toronto is usually early to mid November. Book in October to avoid the wait that comes with the first snowfall.
Yes. We carry and order most major brands in winter, all-season, all-weather and performance tires. Give us your tire size, or a photo of the sidewall, and we'll quote a few options.
Yes, we offer seasonal tire storage. Your other set stays with us until the next changeover.
Usually, yes. Each changeover becomes a wheel swap instead of remounting tires, which is quicker and easier on the tires. Steel or alloy both work.
Most punctures in the main tread area can be repaired properly from the inside. Punctures in the sidewall or shoulder, or tires that were driven flat, can't be safely repaired and need replacing.
If your winter wheels don't have TPMS sensors, the light will stay on all season. If they do, the sensors may need to be relearned to the car, or one may have a dead battery, and we can check which it is.
It's a good idea, especially if the old tires wore unevenly. A car that's out of alignment can wear out a new set well before its time.
Repairs & maintenance
Follow the interval in your owner's manual or your car's oil life monitor. Lots of short trips, stop-and-go traffic and cold starts count as severe service for many cars, which means shorter intervals.
If it's steady and the car drives normally, it's usually fine to drive in for a diagnostic soon. If it's flashing, the engine is misfiring, so ease off and get it in the same day.
Possibly. Many pads have a wear indicator that squeals when they get thin. A squeal on damp mornings that stops after a few stops is normal; one that stays is worth an inspection.
Usually. Tell us when it happens: cold or warm engine, what speed, turning, braking or going over bumps. The more specific you are, the faster we can track it down.
Yes, we diagnose and repair A/C systems. A system that's low on refrigerant usually has a leak somewhere, and finding it is what keeps you from needing a recharge every summer.
Yes. A multi-point inspection looks over the main wear and safety items, including tires, brakes, fluids, battery and lights, and you get a list of anything that needs attention.
Quotes & payment
For tires, call or email with your vehicle and tire size. For repairs we need to see the car first, so we inspect it and then quote.
No. We quote the job and get your approval before any work starts. If we find something else once we're into it, we call you before doing anything more.
That's your call. We keep a record of what we recommended and remind you later, so you can plan for it instead of being caught off guard.
It depends on the job and the parts used. Ask us when you approve the quote and we'll tell you what's covered on your job.
Fleet accounts
Yes, for businesses running company cars, vans and pickups. Call or email us and we'll go through how an account would work for your vehicles.
The same work we do for everyone: tires and changeovers, oil changes and maintenance, brakes, diagnostics and repairs. Being open until 10 PM seven days a week makes it easier to service vehicles outside working hours.
Tell us who's allowed to approve work on the account. We contact that person with quotes and wait for approval before anything starts.
Yes. We keep a service history for each vehicle, including recommended work that hasn't been approved yet, so it doesn't get lost between visits.
