NA Tire & Lube Inc. (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Vehicle details you choose to give us (year, make, model, plate, tire size)
• Your preferred appointment time and anything you write in the notes
• For job applications, the experience details you send

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

• To confirm and manage appointments you request
• To prepare quotes you ask for, including tire quotes
• To answer your messages and set up fleet accounts
• To keep a service history for your vehicle when you become a customer

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run the website and deliver form submissions to us (for example, our web host and email provider). They may only use your information to provide that service. Some providers may store data outside Canada, where it is subject to local law.

Pages on this site also load content from third parties: maps from Google, photos from Unsplash, and — if you use the tire finder by vehicle — model lists from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Those requests do not include your form details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a visit are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as needed for your vehicle's service history and as required by tax and business-record laws.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.
